NWMC Strategic Partnership :: April 27, 2004
On April 26, 2004, Northwest Municipal Conference and CityTech USA, Inc. signed into an agreement that the two organizations will jointly market a government performance evaluation program, Dynamic Government Performance Measurement.

Two years ago, Northwest Municipal Conference implemented a performance measurement program for its municipal members. Today under the agreement, CityTech USA, with its unique technological capability, moves the measurement program online managed under a distributed system. Subscribers of the program will be able to enter variables directly online and conduct the measurement dynamically.

Dynamic Government Performance Measurement incorporates a number of features that make it an indispensable tool for local government administrators, including the following:
  • Modular system structure allows independent evaluation of departments. The first modules are: Base module, Fire Department Module, Police Department Module, Community Development Module, and Public Works Module
  • Online comparison with similar local governments
  • Dynamic calculation of efficiency measures based on live data
  • Reversed efficiency measurement calculation to see impact of potential changes
  • Tracking of annual trend data
  • Online report generation
  • Membership of the program is also modular. Members can subscribe, in addition to the required base module, all four departmental modules or one of the four and subscribe more modules at a later time.

SSMMA members work cooperatively on transportation, legislation, land use, economic development, recycling, purchasing, stormwater and open space planning, infrastructure, human resources, public safety and housing planning, infrastructure, human resources, public safety and housing issues.

Illinois Park & Recreation Association :: March 21, 2003
IPRA is a not-for-profit organization and public interest group whose members share the common goal of providing quality park and recreation opportunities for the citizens of Illinois. IPRA's 2500 members are recreation and park professionals, vendors, citizens and students who are committed to serving the leisure needs of a continually changing society. They are advocates for the lifetime benefits of parks and recreation.

Late March, 2003, the Finance Committee, IPRA, conducted a review of the application provided by Citytech USA and believed that the HT tool based on the cutting edge technology has obvious advantages over the traditional survey as a service the association had been providing to its members. The Finance Committee made a recommendation to IPRA members that they join Citytech, USA and leave the paper/pencil survey a thing in the history.
