Human Resource professionals, working in public organizations, are very familiar with the task of routine
paper surveys. Under new approaches, some public agencies work together to publish annual salary/benefit
reports which are shared amongst members. However after many hours of hard work on data collection and reporting,
printed publications are outdated by the time they make it to press.
Present internet technology, coupled with CityTech USA, present opportunities to share live salary data,
contracts and benefit documents amongst participating members. Since each member manages and updates their
own data online, the data is always up-to-date. This approach does away with paper/pencil surveys and
obsolete/outdated data.

TIME STAMP: Every activity is time-stamped; indicating how current the data that one maybe
looking for.
APPLICATION STATS: System audit that calculates items in specific sections or system-wide. Personal stats
reflect the amount that belong to the user�s account; while global stats calculate system growth in the past thirty (30) days.
EXPORT/IMPORT: Allows users to directly save data to their local computer as a spreadsheet file.
If changes are made locally, simply upload the spreadsheet and all changes made locally will be applied.
AUTO INCREASE: Updating salaries on ALL POSITIONS by MIN, MID or MAX are applied in a custom manner.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT: Centrally store, retrieve and share contracts, personnel manuals, policies,
salary schedules, or pay plans with other memebers. Storage formatted data with word processors, spreadsheets,
or universal document (e.g. PDF).
BENEFITS: Manage multiple types of one benefit (e.g. Fire Rx Card, Police Rx Card, Public Works Union Rx Card).
while allowing the flexibility of dollar or percentage based payment options.
MAIL LIST: One-click messaging to ALL members, members in your state, or user-defined
comparables. Receive replies within 30 minutes.
COMPARABLE: Allow members the ability to associate other members with similiar financial, geographical,
and/or symmetrical similarities. Once added, users may compare jobs, benefits, and other data against these selected members.
FINANCIAL DATA: Post financial data for sales tax, general fund revenue, fiscal year budget,
property taxes, and EAV (Equalized Assessed Valuation).
